Available Data
Upon receipt of a valid legal request, we can provide the following information:

The retention periods listed above reflect our internal data retention policy and are not based on a statutory retention obligation unless otherwise indicated.
Data Preservation Requests
We accept data preservation requests to secure data pending the issuance of a formal legal order. A preservation request must include:
- The specific data or accounts to be preserved
- The legal basis or pending investigation reference
- Contact details of the requesting officer
Preserved data is held for a period of 90 days, which can be extended once upon written request. A preservation request does not constitute disclosure — a separate formal legal order is required to obtain the preserved data.
Request Requirements
To process a data disclosure request, we require the following:
- Official request on agency letterhead or via an official government email domain
- Identification of the requesting officer (name, badge/ID number, contact information)
- Legal basis for the request (investigation reference, court order, or applicable legal authority)
- Specific data requested (customer identifiers, date ranges, data types needed)
Requests lacking proper legal basis or verification will not be processed. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of all requests through official channels.
Legal Framework
All requests are processed in compliance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Directive (EU) 2016/680 (Law Enforcement Directive)
- Wetboek van Strafvordering (Dutch Code of Criminal Procedure), in particular art. 126n et seq.
- Uitvoeringswet AVG (Dutch GDPR Implementation Act)
- Telecommunicatiewet (Dutch Telecommunications Act), where applicable
- Other applicable national implementing legislation
- Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (for non-EU requests)
- European Investigation Order framework (Directive 2014/41/EU)

Limitations
- We do not proactively monitor, inspect, or review the content hosted by our customers. Hosted content is available upon receipt of a valid legal order.
- We cannot provide data that has exceeded its retention period
- Customer-managed encryption keys are not accessible to us
Transparency
We may publish periodic transparency reports containing aggregate statistics on the number and type of law enforcement requests received and processed. These reports do not contain any information that could identify individual investigations or data subjects.
